The second plain hunts until it is taken out of the hunt at a call.
When the treble moves from lead to seconds,
then one bell makes thirds and the others dodge.
The bell which dodges 4-5 up makes 5ths and goes back to the front and then out
to 5ths again and then dodges 4-5 down. While 5ths place is being made the bells
in 6-7 dodge. Otherwise the working bells plain hunt.
In practice this means that the bells on the back are triple dodging and the
bells on the front seem to ring grandsire doubles.
The order of the work is:
- 3rds
- triple dodge 6-7 down
- dodge 4-5 up, 5ths and down
- make 5ths, 4-5 down
- triple dodge 6-7 up
- 3rds
